The 12cm utility knife is great for chopping, dicing, slicing and mincing much like a paring knife. The longer blade, however, makes light work of larger vegetables, which a smaller paring knife would struggle with.
The 20cm bread knife sports a serrated blade, great for easily slicing through a fresh, crusty loaf of bread without crushing or tearing it. The length makes cutting anything from baguettes to fresh government loaves a breeze.

Care Instructions:
Although technically dishwasher safe, we do not recommend it. Blades can knock together, damaging them, and if not washed soon after use, corrosive food particles can damage the blade.
Wash soon after use with a gentle dishwashing soap and sponge.
