Description

Soups, sauces, and gravies can be separated from excess fat quickly and effortlessly. As the fat settles on top, the pure cooking liquid can be poured through the low-lying spout without spilling. A stainless-steel strainer is included which prevents solids from entering the jug. The capacity of the jug is 1 litre with the scale showing both millilitres, ounces, and cups.
